Plan...Assess...Network

According to the latest U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Outlook Handbook, human service workers will be one of the most rapidly growing occupations through 2018. The number of social and human service assistancts is expected to grow by nearly 28 percent between 2010 and 2020, which is much faster than the average for all occupations. This is due in large part to the aging population and increased demand for mental health and substance abuse treatment.
