Where are movies and films located at the UConn Libraries?

Most movies/films (DVD & VHS) are located in the media room on the third floor of the Homer Babbidge Library.

Check with staff at each Special or Regional Campus Library for the location of their media collection.

The Libraries are growing our collection of moving images by licensing streaming media from various vendors.

    Theatre in Video contains more than 250 definitive performances of the world's leading plays, together with more than 100 film documentaries, online in streaming video - more than 500 hours in all.
  • Films on Demand - Trial

  • American History in Video - Free Trial  
      
    Free trial through November 1st of Alexander Street Press' American History video collection. ". . . 2,000 hours and more than 5,000 titles on completion. . . . This release now provides 1526 titles, with new videos from California Newsreel and PBS, equalling approximately 528 hours."
