Purpose of this Guide

Free natives of Dominica. Image from the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, Photographs and Prints DivisionThe purpose of this guide is to help you identify library resources on Blacks in the Americas available at the Homer Babbidge Library, our online resources and other useful places such as the Dodd's Center or the  Web.

The guide also directs you to resources on how to cite properly and manage your bibliography. Finally, the guide provides you with my recommended online resources that you may want to use for your research.
